Guac

Gucaipuro aka "Guac"

Guac is going to begin training under saddle this week! We are anticipating him to take about 30 days to become comfortable and familiar with his new job. He will be ridden western and also become familiar with lunging and voice command. Guac is a super special boy and whoever adopts him is in for a lifetime of fun!

"Guac" is a fun gelding with a lot of life and talent. He is a sound 6 year old gelding who has raced 34 times, with 4 wins. Guac stands at 16 hands and is a bit strong; his only issue is that he has osslets on his front ankles (calcification around the joint) but other than being cosmetic, they do not affect his movement or comfort. With time and patience, he will make an amazing event or dressage horse. Did we mention he is the son of the great "Cryptoclearance"?!

Shezabay

Shezabay is about to embark on some polo training here at Spring Lake Equestrian Center. Julia, a new volunteer and former Michigan State Polo Team Captain, is beginning her training from the ground up. Of course this great filly is capable of doing other things, but her focus right now is getting back under saddle and being responsive to the rider.

"Shezabay" is a pretty little filly who is as sound as she can be. After an unsuccessful two starts, her owner decided to retire her from racing. She is about 15.2 hands, bay, and classy.

Shezabay is a 10 mover and very intelligent. She has been lightly worked in the round pen since retiring and picks up cues very quickly. If you are looking for a fancy little dressage prospect, this is your girl. If you are looking for a flashy hunter prospect, this is your girl. If you are looking for everything in one packagem, Shezabay is the filly you've been searching for.
