Horses at Spring Lake Equestrian Center enjoy a healthy, varied lifestyle including acres of grassy pastures, private turn-outs, ample stalls, riding arena, and quality management and care.

Feed and hay made available to the horses at the facility are determined by the horse population. We utilize quality grains., such as Seminole, Pennfield, or similar products. Feeds typically included in board include 10% Sweet Feed, 10% Pellet, 12% Complete Feed, 12% Pellet, Low Starch and other specialized Feeds. Hay types typically included in board include Imported Timothy, Straight Alfalfa and Timothy/Alfafa. Additional or specialty feeds may be fed at owner’s request and expense for an additional fee.

Lessons are available for very beginners to more advanced riders, or those riders that just want to improve their seat. Lessons are available for riders of all ages and we love to teach children starting as young as the age of seven.

Training is available and programs are customized for each individual horse. They are designed with both the horse's and rider's needs and goals in mind. Training is in addition to boarding and may include grooming and training 3 to 4 times per week or 5 to 6 times week as requested or needed.
